What to include
The more we know, the sharper the watch.
The trademark or brand name you want watched — in English, Nepali, or both.
Every spelling and script variant customers actually use (e.g. चिया / Chia / Chiya) — bilingual brands need all of them watched.
Nice class(es) if you know them (e.g. 30 for tea, 43 for a restaurant). Unsure? Our free class finder can help.
Whether the mark is already registered, pending, or not yet filed — each starts a different kind of watch.
Your registration number and filing date if the mark is registered — renewal tracking starts from there.
